i haven't looked into the topic much, but i've heard that the actual installation of the mechanism is what costs the most, andthat the actual mechanisms themself are only a few hundred $, if you can find someone that is willing to put one in for a bit of cash under the table i'd say that figure would drop significantly... but then u have to sacrifice rights to warranty etc.. but otherwise yeah around $2g is what i've heard for all up cost from a sunroof installer.

how good are you with a circular saw? It's really not worth it IMO, if u really need one sell your car and get one wit it already

Poor drainage and associated problems are due to careless installs and dodgy work. I know a few people with the webasto sunroofs not in a Falcon but a 200SX, Skyline and Soarer. No more than $2000 installed. Forget panel beaters go to the specialist and get it done right the first time. |

If your in VIC, Prestige Sunroofs in Burwood.
You wont go wrong with them. They did the one in my ute....BEAUTIFUL!!!!!
