Don't know about anyone else, but a mate of mine had:
1. '49 Ford convertible
2. '65 Pontiac Boneville convertible
3. '28 A-model roadster
4. '32 Chev roadster
5. etc ..
.. and while crusing we were scared of some of the "chix" who were overly interested in these types of cars!!!

Yeah, but look how low the bidding is at the moment. I'd have it for $810 too, the price currently..........Did I really say that? Better go and see a Doctor I think.

yeah i know the dude that owns it and he is a knob! It aint engineered either but it is a fair chick magnet. I seen a couple of broads get excited about being able to "hang" out of it.

OMG It's up to $10000

And I had to laugh at his other auctions he is selling a bulk lot of EA/EB Falcons. I guess I better not hope for to much when I sell mine. :(

While I don't particularly like that one, I do kinda have a hankering for a XY GTrep Vert, I've got a mag from the 80's with a really nicely done one.... and no, I'm not going to chop the roof on my XY...

It has potential. If I rolled my XW I'd think about it, otherwise I couldn't cut up a classic. I'd probably paint it white, bag the suspension, run white walls, and make a fortune at weddings.

wow, i thought u guys had made a typo and ment $1,100, that has to be a joke, its a 250 and 90% complete, would be good but seriously who would own it? it needs a good paint job and some work. I've seen plenty of nice XY/XW's with 351's,9 inch, nice cars, etc for that sort of price, oh well each to there own.

Heres one a bit nicer, also have seen a few very nice ones around....

It must be an Adelaide thing because quite a few years ago 10 ish at least, a bloke here kept building shortened (front door only) no roof xw/xy's! They didn't look too bad at the time but on reflection it's something I don't need to see again! I can remember seeing two different cars. I think he also did a hq or statesman as well!
