Great time from Youngy, well done

Now that you have cemented:

Quickest manual BA/BF
Quickest A6 BA/BF

A customer ran 10.7 on his first pass, and is now fitting a cage and going for quickest 4 speed auto- or even outright

You just need a pedaler behind an 8 and you may well hold every Australian record if things keep going this way!!!!!!!!!!!!

Hi Matt, a car will be remembered for its ET, not its gearbox.:
Craig from ACE has clocked 12.1 in his BA XR8 Manual Ute.
Kev has a 12.1 to his name also.
I think we best get back to talking about the Top Spoolers... _2:

not as easy as you think driving a 600hp with slicks even with an auto, you have to juggle the stall point, if you get it wrong it spins half the track or bogs down,

I reckon still get points cause you gotta remember to shift the opposite way with reverse manualised shift pattern :hihi:

Yeah that would be my car, it ran a consistant 11.8X @ 122-123mph that day. Tune and trans problems stopped me from running a quicker time, as reflected by the 2.00-2.05 60 ft' times. It's consistant though, and can backup the time run after run, which is something the manual (and some auto) guys struggle to do.
