I was wondering if anyone had dealt with a company that I think is Chinese Based??? Called Deals Extreme or you can look on line at dx.com and see what you think!!! I was looking on Ebay for prices on K&N Pod Filters and this company is selling them for $25.
They also sell HKS Pod Filters for around $25 and a range of others! I looked at there reviews and they were all Great but the reviews were on there site! The Reviews said although the Box is Damaged the Filter is Perfect!! And people can't tell if there fake or not! Looking at them they look real & the K&N filter sounds like its made with the some product?? But Has any one bought one yet off this company or have you heard anything about them just being a Rip Off of the real thing?? Because that is so cheap & its free postage to Australia Also!!

At that price it sounds like they might be fakes.

I have bought alot of stuff off them, its hit and miss whether its a knock off or not. But if its too good to be true then chances are its a knock off.

I bought a led flashlight called a pop lite t34 from dx.com for $28, its a dead set rip off of a led lenser p7 that a mate bought from a camping shop for $80, you would swear it came from the same factory.

Thanks for that guys!! I had a look and the HKS are gone but here's the link to the K&N Filter!

There's a white line down the filter & I have never seen that on a K&N Filter myself? but someone on there reviews said they could be seconds!? But still looks good! A lot are gone though! In a matter of a couple of hours!!

Apart from Ebay! Does anyone know where you can get genuine Car parts at a good discount price online?? Ebay where really good but know there getting pretty pricey!!
ANYONE KNOW?? My Main Item I want is a Good Hi Flow Pod Filter!! I love K&N But are willing to give another Good Brand a go!!!

Totally agree give Amazon a shot, been buying my air filters and plugs from them for years.

Places like deals extreme just sell fake rip off stuff to people thinking they are getting a bargain. Amazon and big retailers like Summit are better places to shop.

Go to rockauto.com I buy bits for honda's fords etc... at dirt cheap prices
When I had my au xr8 ute I bought some leads and sensors from there with shipping for the price of just the set of leads in australia. Bought some rear disc's my sister needed for her accord from them for like 100 with sipping here it was like 120 for one disc so it pays to shop around on rockauto.com what I like is the have the elcheapo brands but also have lots of motorcraft stuff dirt cheap They also sell performance bits and accessories |
