I just had to ask, after following Rob Swires news feed for a while I cannot contain my excitement that a new pendulum album is scheduled for release this year with a knife party album which i don't mind...
Anyone else looking forward to a band or artist comeback or perhaps a long overdue album? Nero is also reported as possibly releasing this year, I think everyone sense a theme in my music!

Wow! Pendulum putting out a new album. One of my favourite experiences was taking my 14 year old son to see Pendulum at Festival Hall a few years back. The look on his face when they started playing was awesome! I'm going to have to suss out the Pendulum website now...
I'm looking forward to seeing Joe Bonamassa in concert in September. I saw him in Brisbane in 2011 and was blown away. |

Keep a close eye on Rob Swires twitter, wasn't anything posted on their website from what I saw last but a google search will find plenty of articles, I saw them live at summerdayze just before they went to knife party. I remember it perfectly and was the best experience I have ever had.

YES will be releasing a new album called "Heaven and Earth". And will be touring Aus in November.

Probably not this year (sadly), but hanging out for the new Tool and Wintersun albums.
Tool have mentioned that legal problems have been the main delay in getting their album out (though Maynard's wife just had a baby girl, Adam got re-married, and they had a son). Jari from Wintersun is having problems mixing Time II because of lack of a studio, and/or money to hire one. I'm happy to wait though. Both albums will be EPIC!
