Default New Technical Forum

Hello All

You will note that there is now an E Series Technical Forum

Please keep a couple of things in mind when posting

1) You have the right section based on the content of your post
2) Old Technical posts of nature will be moved to the new forum, but may take some time
3) No SMS style posting :yeees:
4) We are bound to move the wrong post to the wrong forum, please abuse Montyv8 if so.

Cheers

Great idea!

Differentiation between pure tech posts and general posts will be a good thing for sure

I thought i had the wrong page lol

So the technical posts in regards to say what? "My EB isnt starting" goes into the Technical area where posts like "Ive just put $20,000 into my interior" would go into general?

Just like the big forums except smaller :P, but yes your spot on

Just makes it easier for people to search the tech forums for issues which are not mixed up with general chat

Hopefully this will benefit all

Trying to make information easier to find, and also make the forums easier to browse, if you don't visit the forums for a day, the theads go back 1-2 pages so splitting them off into 2 sub forums (general and technical) should hopefully make things a little easier to keep upto date

before you post a new thread, just have a quick think about the threads contents, and which section would be most appropriate. saves the mods having to do it ;)

I have just moved a bunch of threads to the new e-tech forum. (do i get a prize for naming it?) So if your thread has dissapeared, its either been moved there, or I deleted it... if you think I or any of the mods have incorrectly placed your thread PM either John, Jack or me.

Phil.
