I realise there is a thread in the Pub but that is for automotive.
If you have received great service from a non automotive business please post here because I'm a firm believer that great service deserves repeat business. I'll start. We had a Telstra tech out today to set up our cable broadband and had the modem ready to go in about 30 seconds, and I had my old laptop on to configure settings, and he asked if it has wireless, to which I said no, you'll need to hardwire it to the modem via ethernet cable. He walks out to his van and comes back with a wireless network card, plugs it in and installs it, then configures the network and asks to sign and walks out, no charge for the wireless upgrade on my tired old laptop. I didn't catch his name, but he works for Simmons Communications, and I want to thank him for his quick work and bonus freebie.

Gotta give iinet a big thumbs up here, always talk to an aussie,they answer there phones promptly and will call you back on your mobile if you ask them, spend hrs sorting stuff till your happy
 , ( oh my local BWS has awesome people working there lol )
