Hey Guys!!
I was just wondering what everyone else uses to dry there car? i have tried shammies and drying cloths but the car never seems to try properly? so i am washing it about once a week but its never drying so it always looks dirty lol i have had enough so i need some ideas to dry it. any suggestions would be very appreciated.

I just use one of those sham-wow copies. 2 for $20 from some english spruiker at Eastgate. Seems okay.

I use a synthetic chamois from Autobarn.. drys the car much better then my leather chamois.

I used to use a chamois, but I have since discovered micro fibre colthes and would never go back to a chamois now.

I also used to use chamois but now use the Meguiars micro fibre. Awsome cloth
dries my car perfectly ;)

I'm another convert. My WP made do with a chamois but since discovering micro fibre, well you know how the saying goes, once you go micro fibre, you don't go back. Superior drying quality, less damage to your paint surface and these days they can be had for pennies, well almost.

Cheers guys! well after reading all this i went and got some micro fibre cloths they were 2 for $5 from kmart so i dont know if they will be any good, but i can only try i will let use know if they are.

Microfibre cloths are the only way to go. Been using them for years and soaks everything up immediately after you get them wet. They suck up water like a seasoned alcoholic. LOL. No scratches too.

Another trick is to give the car a lite spray with a quick detailer when you have the car nearly dry. this really helps get that perfectly dry finish you are after, spray the detailer on once you have the bulk of the water off and are doing teh final dry off wiping.
