Default Back from a trip, what have I missed?

Just back from a week's trip to sunny Mildura. Bit of a family thing so we took tha Lane and the AU11, both performed admirably, though I cannot give the Fed Govt any brownie points for the condition of the Sturt Highway especially between Renmark and Mildura. Needs undulations removed, widened and a few overtaking lanes to say the least. Once again the ol' LWB won hands down in ride comfort. I kept swapping driving between the AU and the Lane and I got a bit concerned how easily the AU steering wheel is to jerk around its so light. These B-doubles kick up a fair bit of a wake and a plume of muddy spray so you don't want to be stuck behind them for long. So planting the foot down and overtaking, cracking a good 145 klix at least to get right ahead and away from them you need to hang onto the wheel pretty damn tight! Whereas in the Lane the same exercise somehow feels more stable and
firm. Anyway I'm just starting to catch up on some posts, and I see AFF will be migrating soon? A new ISP? Was the site down owing to this change?

Erm, might want to remove the reference to the 'klix' you were travelling at.
You wouldn't want anyone following it up.

Damn! Did I make another typo? Well I certainly do not bragg about a speed I attain in order to effectively and safely pass a B-double on an overtaking lane. I have often thought it a matter for debate about how one can overtake a truck safely which is fluctuating in speed between 90-100kph. Especially as following that vehicle which is throwing up debris and roadside stones plus thick slush when it is raining. In my view when 'leading the pack' of a few cars deciding to take the opportunity to overtake on the lanes that come up, it is a good idea to get past and well beyond quickly, so the cars following have a good clear way to do the same and come into line in front of the truck without cutting in on it. This will necesitate a brief burst of speed a bit in excess of the prescribed limit for the highway. But then you immediately resume the speed limit.
