Default Centre Console Armrest

Found this on E-Bay, it slides, opens with a soft lined interior, and lifts up out of the way. Fits into the rear cup holder I used double sided tape. Quality is fantastic and arrived with two weeks from hong kong.

I've looked at doing this, but none of the designs I've seen match the Soho interior I have and the plastic seems darker when the Fiesta has a blue tinge to the interior plastic. But that's just my OCD. Definitely would be a more more comfortable, what's the height like?

I like the idea, but I would like it in Red Soho. Might be me but I like every thing to match.

I have also seen this on ebay but wondered about how it actually attaches - it says it comes with screws, but that made me nervous from the start - so if the double sided tape works - awesome to know

I am also concerned about the color - the interior is more dark greys and blues, so I worry the black will stand out too much...

I will need to ponder this one some more - but excellent to have a review from someone on the forum - so thanks

Does not stand out much on the dark blue, it is a dark grey/black colour. Height is perfect for me, quality is excellent. If you are stessed about the colour, paint it!. For $61 delivered you cant go wrong, no one that has seen it has noticed the colour difference yet. Holds my wallet and sunnies.

Again, glad you are happy with it

I think one thing the Fiesta can definitely do with is additional spots for things like sunnies etc - the only hidden storage is the glove-box which isn't ideal for all things you carry in the car.

Still pondering

Sounds like a plan Tennile. I'm on holidays for a few weeks but give send me a text when you're next down and I'll have a look. Good call on the recovering too, that might be what it needs. I know the trim in mine is Dotts Soho, just to find where to hell to find it now!

I was thinking about doing this, but Trento pointed out it might get in the way of my short through shifter, and I think he hit then nail on the head. Pity, because Tenilles armrest is the perfect height for me, and looks pretty snazzy!

How are these holding up? I've just got one for the Focus, and the drilling is going to be awkward with the seats in the way. If you guys report the double-sided tape will hold for more than a week, I'll give that a try first.

This is the one I got, in grey leather which suits the rest of the interior...

Hi,
I know your original post was 5 years ago (and you ight have sold your focus) but I am interested in getting a centre console armrest for my 2011 LW Focus. Your picture attachment does not work anymore. Are you able to send me a picture again or better yet where you got it from ? Did you have to drill through the centre console plastics ? Do you think there is one where the bottom base will just fit into the pocket/box behind the cup holders ?

Any advice will be greatly appreciated.
Thanks
