Clicked the links on the home page and i can't seem to get them to load?

Try right clicking them and selecting "save target as" and saving them to the HDD

Are you using Internet Explorer or Firefox?
Do you have the right plugins or codecs installed on your machine to be able to view them? I use firefox and it looks to be pulling Quicktime to view them and seems to be watching them ok. edit - the Quicktime thing seems to be loading for mpg files, avi's seem to be heading to Media Player.
