Heres me posting weird again !!!
Beer Can Chicken Recipe One whole Chicken One 375ml can any Beer. Drink half the can of beer. Insert the can into the chickens rear opening. Stand up right, so the can and chicken legs form a tripod. Roast as per usual The beer flavour infuses as the chicken roasts. Enjoy !!!

We did this at work a few years ago, turned out alright. We always talked about using different beers ( ie. more malted beers, stouts etc) for more flavour but as yet never tried it yet

My missus makes a great chicken in herbed beer sauce dish, very nice. Beer bread is good also!

I think i seen roothy from 4wd Monthly do this in one of his cooking segments of a dvd. I could be wrong though

Also, put some of the beer into a spray bottle, and spray the outside of the chook occasionally while it's cooking... good basting material! :1syellow1
