Beautiful.

Saw one at Rex Gorell's today in the lovely bright sunshine we had today.

The golden flecks in the metallic paint have changed my idea of that color.

I think we'll go for the Orange as well :-)

When we rocked up to the dealership today, they had the ST parked out the front in the sun (waiting for me) and it looked amazing!! The nice thing about the color is how it changes with the light. Now it's night time and the gold flecks have disappeared and the color looks like a solid but still SICK!! Ha ha.

Seeing the colour changing took my breath away, sitting inside with the wife has now convinced her to drive a manual

Just the catback or did you go with the DP too? Res or non-res? How is it?

Catback only, non-resonated. New cat will mean a tune so waiting to see what Mountune/Ford come up with.
Finding it drones a bit when starting to pull at medium revs in higher gears but has a nice note when giving it a squirt. Apparently it sounds nice outside - can't open the windows with new tint to listen to it just yet. Reserving judgement until I have Dynamatted some of the larger panels, and the boot.

Yep - 4x108. First set we tried 4x100 based on other info around but no good.

Yeah I'm worried about the drone too.

I'm speaking to Mountune directly to see if I can get the MP215 kit fitted here without a dealer. I'm sure any shop could do it.

Otherwise, I'm looking into the Bluefin tune further. Might go with that in the interim until better tunes come out.

And yes, I do like to waste money.

If you want the MT package I'm pretty sure you can order it and get anyone to fit it. Just warranty won't exist.
I'm tempted to order the MT intake for mine, but dunno what happens if it ever becomes available in OZ do I get another intake

With the new mTune device supplied by Cobb anyone can flash a Mountune tune now. You don't even need a shop. The hardware is nothing. Easy to install.

I'm waiting for to hear back from Mountune. That said if it's not going to be warranted I'd rather wait for more tunes to come out. Revo is about to release a cracker of a tune soon.

Tell you what. Trying to find a place to install a set of springs in Sydney is proving to be an ordeal. Have called four places, all giving way different quotes, yet all of them saying "we can't give you an exact quote...we've never done a Fiesta ST before".

So far:

Pedders Blacktown: $450 incl. alignment
Jax Artarmon: $500 incl. alignment
Jax Pymble: $550 incl. alignment (despite me telling them the Jax in Artarmon would do it for $500)
Castle Hill Performance: $200-300 not incl. alignment.

As it stands, I'm going with Castle Hill
