Normally I would be jumping with joy at this announcement, but given what Clare Martin has done this once bastion of freedom (the NT) I can't help but see it as a ploy to buy back motor enthusiasts votes.......

im not in the NT, but who gives a **** about a VIP lounge and a bar?

safety barriers yes.

seems like a waste of money to me, but hey, thats what we pay our governments for isnt it?
