As the title says, does any one here work for BGC? We had news at work yesterday that they have won the contract at the mine I work and will be taking over in 6 months. Just like some insight into what they are like to work for, whether mining or civil. Being from SA I haven't heard much about them but apperantly they are fairly big in WA.

My sister worked for them and they are c**** to work for, she was way under paid. And it didn’t matter to them if she produced more than twice then person next to her, they all got treated the same. People would work there for a month and move on. I’m also involved with them in new Perth Arena Project, they went way to cheep into it and there are all sorts of contractual issues now. People that run the project are not experienced and fail to listen to ideas, also last week one of their sub contractor AGC stoped working for them because of payments problems. Good luck…
