Hope this works and the attachments are visible.
These images are based on a best guess. The exterior photo has been suggested on a rendering of what the car will look like based on the spy photos. From those spyshots, the rear looks a bit VW like. Not sure if I'm sold on it just yet but wait and see once it gets closer to release I guess.

Rear reminds me of the Kia Stinger.
The interior screen looks like it's integrated. i mean, not like a screen stuck to the dash, it has it's sides covered. Or is that just disguise?? Looking forward to the reveal... |

We've had a few Focii over the years, and I still drive an LT as my daily.
My lad was set on the current sport, and we did a few test drives. Nice car. He ended up buying a Hyundai i30 SR premium for $33K. It's an amazing car in all regards, and begrudgingly (as a Ford man) I have to say it's a better car. This new Focus, (and I have always thought Focus set the bar) will need to be better than the Korean's effort, including price. Victor, worth having a drive of an i30 SR. The difference between the plain Jane i30 and the SR is chalk and cheese. Mind you costs a bit more.

Next Focus will be launched in Australia sometime around December this year.

Apparently Ford is launching lots of hybrids soon. Most likely there will be a Focus hybrid here to compete with Toyota's range.

Funny you should mention hybrids. I undertook an ownership survey for Ford recently and there was a lot of questions on attitude to hybrids.
A focus hybrid would be marvellous although once Ford premium pricing policy kicks in probably uncompetitive. |

I want a plug in hybrid so that I can just use the batteries on the drive to work, charge it at work, then drive back on the battery, but also have the benefit of the combustion engine for longer trips.

The silence regarding the new Focus, and Fiesta, is just about deafening from Ford.
I know Ford have had some bad luck with the Focus and Fiesta recently but to just about give up on well known and critically acclaimed models names is disappointing. Ford, and industry annalists may site that they are focusing on higher profit models, SUVs and performance cars but to not have a proper full line up of products they are missing out on large chunks of the market who don't want a hulking Ranger, an impractical Mustang or SUV.

Confirmed pretty vaguely at a dealer level. (by Ford to the dealer body) Rough timing announced, no further detail which sucks a bit!
