I don't know if this has been posted before, Top gear video, they race the Escort Rally car vs Focus RS as well as other cars around the track.

If they tested the rally cars on dirt or ice i bet the results would be a bit different

Yeah, the track is the ideal condition for the Focus and the worst for the Escort but both cars are sweet.

Thats still not a big loss when you think of the age difference tho... and rear wheel drive on a tight track will always struggle compared to front through the corners
