Fiesta power window dramas

My daughter has a 2006 LX 2 door and has an issue with the driver's door window. When she presses the down button you can hear the motor whirring but the glass doesn't move. You can move it up or down by putting a hand either side of the glass and it does stay up mostly.

Any ideas would be appreciated, or even pics on how to remove the door card would also be good...

the door card will need to be removed
wont tell what is needed till then

good the motor works but there is more to that mechanism

stripped drive
the glass may have come away from the channel

parts either ford or a wrecker

closest I found today should be the same for the 2006
this shows how on a two door 2005 fiesta uk model
