Default Nielsen Survey

Well today I received my invitation to participate in their survey I think if others here receive theirs and have problems maybe its the place to get things done

I did my survey online, my oldest boy said someone from Ford rang me yesterday. They are supposed to be calling back don't know what about. I was wondering if it had something to do with the survey.

Would be to see how the car is going and find out problems. Its to help the engineers find issues as they aren't allowed to talk to customers at dealerships, and the dealerships are useless when it comes to helping.
