Any tips on replacing these suckers - having trouble get old one off - was split and looked really daggy. Or do you need to get screen removed in order to replace??

What model car are you talking about. Up to AU can be replaced being careful without removing windscreen.BA BF you can put aftermarket mould without removing the glass,if you want original look must remove window. FG have to remove windscreen.

It on an Au the old one is hard to get off - must be partially glued on

I recall that they were glued on with the windscreen. Be careful when removing the old one as if you are not careful you can crack the screen
