I have ordered a Black 3 door Zetec, was told a delivery date could not be given until deposit was paid ( yeh right !). Now most likely June - ordered in February. Anyway, I have not seen any pics of a Black 3 door. Please could somebody give me a taste of what I am desperately waiting for?

There is a black Zetec around here.
Not sure what you are after - it's black.  Looks too "heavy" for such a small car if you understand that. I am a black car fanatic (and heavily into detailing) I'd avoid it if I were you although I'm impressed with the Fiesta clearcote/paint - seems to handle the envirnonment well. |

Thanks guys, although I cant really avoid it as I have paid for it! I have previously purchased 8 new Ford vehicles and only sighted 1 of those. I have always been happy but have relied on blind faith.

The WS itself is a great car - very impressed with our Zetec (we bought sight unseen)
Well ahead of the Mazda2 (which was the class leader) However, as for black, you know the story .... |

My missus has a black 5 door zetec(manual) and let me tell you, if you can be stuffed keeping the duco clean, then black really looks the goods. I enjoy washhing the car so the color really isnt an issue. Its not a flat black either but a mettallic black and really sparkles in the sun. Beleive me you wont regret it. Will post up some pics soon.
I love this car and my only gripe thus far is the window switches are too far back on the arm rest and the air-con could be colder... |

Firstly Pitpal you don't live in Wollongong NSW? As I have also seen a black 5 door Zetec and must say looked really nice.
It's the only Zetec I have seen locally and properly the only one ATM. |

The black is the second most popular colour in the U.K I think so chances are it looks very good

I had orginally ordered the Vision Zetec for my wife, but are now looking to change it to the panther black with the trudie coloured interior. I saw one at the dealers that was sold and it was stunning. Should look the business with the optional 17". I would be interested in seeing some pictures of a black one to.
