Default Cougar Review @ Drive.com.au

http://www.drive.com.au/Editorial/Ar...eID=36849&vf=1

Not a bad review, doesn't really slag the Cougar off in any way... Thought it was an interesting read...

It's an interesting contrast to the reviews of the Cougar I have from before it's release in Australia (ie, Ford Australia should bring the Cougar here) to when we first got them (ie, Not as great as it looks) to what we all know today (ie, They're great, fun to drive and still look excellent!)

Of course I'm not bias!

Dan

Good write up on the cougar.

On the weekend there was one for sale in the Saturday paper for $20k. So the prices he quoted, while true, it seems that variance is the key. Finding a good example can be a problem.

I would love to find one of the st24 modeo's, which ran the same engine but sadly they are even rarer than the cougar :

Yeh, looks like a great write up. The prices he quoted are true, but only if you're after a cat with over 120,000k's on the clock. Anything under 100,000 and you're looking from about 17 grand up. Mine cost me 17 grand on the road with 96,000 on the clock. Bargin considering the car is in great shape

Looks like one has just come on near me up in Brisbane.

What you said is spot on about the mileage vs price

This one has 92,000 and is priced at $19500
