I would prefer that he honestly answers the question if while he was travelling that fast was he a menace to society, or was he travelling in accordance with his vehicles and the environments capabilities at the time?

Yeah just saw that it was 130 zone. 19 over isnt too bad! Why would police even patrol an area that at 130 is obviously in the middle of nowhere.

what a hypocrite and a cretin - I can see the excuses now peole doing 10kmh over and arguing in court that the transport minister went faster than that - so it must be safe
