Looking for some custom metal work to be done

I am looking for someone to make me some metal stands I can use to place a rope barrier around my vehicle at car shows. Something along the lines of a metal plate which would sit under wheels and poles welded on which can be pulled apart which would shoot out on an angle.

Can anyone recommend who might be able to help me with this in the Geelong or Melbourne area.
