Side on - Looks nice.
Front - Looks tough and typical Lexus. But when looking at the 3/4 view from front, the rear sides / back end, look out of proportion somewhat. Last edited by GO FURTHER; 18-03-2017 at 04:30 PM. |

The OP is being sarcastic?
That just serves as a prime example of why Toyota should stick to building reliable boring cars. . Last edited by Raptor; 18-03-2017 at 07:21 PM. Reason: Finished that sentence early for you. Before the age & sexist bit. |

For a long time Lexus product could be seen as simply a more expensive Toyota with an L badge rather than a T. Now there is clear stylistic and driving differentiation between Toyota and Lexus product even if many models share platforms. I don't personally love Lexus styling, but at least its different and stands out from the same sameness of the German big 3.

Not a fan of that interior.

It looks good in sections but it's not a cohesive design. You can't say it isn't aggressive though!

No.
Side profile is great, front 1/4 view shows those big hips badly. Exaggerated sirocco haunches. JP |

The OP offered no opinion on the car. The home page of the Sydney Morning Herald had a photo of the Lexus under the heading 'Is this the best looking car on sale?' and I quoted it word for word. My opinion for what it's worth is no, I don't believe it's the best looking car on sale, not by a long shot but it just reinforces that looks is subjective, as is how we spend our money and what we believe is important about a car. A good example for me is my family never understand why I'm totally unwavering when I stipulate a vehicle for me has to be V8 equipped before I'll even consider it, where many others see that attribute as totally unnecessary. . |

I think Lexus needs to rethink and tone down their "Origami on wheels" styling theme. Maybe it is nicer in real life, but with some of the photos it isn't a great looking car for the price.
