could someone explain to me in lamans terms what a 4mab etc crank is

351 cleveland crank. Some say thay were hardened from the factory and some say they had a higher nodular iron % compared to 4ma or normal cast crank but either way all cleveland cranks are tough.

Oh and its a good way to make a $100 crank worth $300
