Hi guys
Would there be enough interest from au owners To have a au site at the Geelong afd. How many cars would we need?? I could get 3 au's there. What do you au owners think??? |

Just searched for this thread, yeah definitely be interested in having an AU group, might be trying to coax a Mate from Benalla to cruise down in his AU for the show as well. Make is 5, possible 6.

Hi guys,
Just talked to the guys from the AFD, they said we would need at least 10 cars to have a site. Good news as we only need 4 or 5 more.. There wasn't that many AU's there last year, it would to have a display Of them. |

I reckon I should be able to make it..
I would be nice to have an AU only site.. We could look into banners or a sign or something to show that it's an AU display.. There's some nice AU's in Melb and it might be worth shooting a pm to a few members.. Here's a little list of Melb cars.. (yes I know a couple have already posted..lol) Whoosha SirchAU xr6jet FOCUSonTHIS GavL Professor Farnsworth Dave_Obsession GUTLES sikford bartsau Stagg robbyj Also, I have a few mates (not on here) with some AU's.. Wow Kristo you've been busy trolling through threads I see.....
Yeah I'm up for it...will be heading down there to promote the business anyway so why not chuck the AU in there also....plus it gives me extra reason to get all the bits I've collected put into the bloody car... Any idea of costs involved?

Ill have mine and the mrs AU's there, but with Boosted. Hers is the reigning champion in the Fairlane/LTD class
Mine hopefully will be good enough for a trophy too

Cobramont is not perfect or show worthy - it still has it's dents and sand blasted front bar but I am not showing it to be judged - I am just displaying it to join in the fun
