Gold Coast mechanic

Hey fellas, i'm looking for a mechanic on the coast to service my XR6T..anybody have any recommendations? Have found the last 2 I visited flogged the **** out of my old car for no reason (was in for a roadworthy)

I would do it myself but need the nice little stamp in the log book for warranty.

Does log book. Use them for my diesel focus and my wifes petrol focus.

They service about 100 XR5/RS Focus and the Service manager is an Ex Ford guy.

Coomera Car Care in Upper Coomera seems pretty good, Peter recently rebuilt my diff, and has done a fair bit of work on the father inlaw's BA GTP, and AU XR8 with no issues...

Very good mechanics, meticulous.. Owner is a Ford person who loves GT's etc. You could eat off his workshop floor.

Only downside is he is expensive at around $90 or so an hour. He can stamp your book and do the book services or do whatever you need..
He used to work on my GT-P before I sold it, and stamp the book. He also uses all genuine parts to keep the warranty guys happy at Ford.

I use Corvette Performance in Hildon Dr Nerang. I've never had a car with a factory warranty, but I have had dealer warranty's satisfied there. My old man has been going there for 10+ years and subsequently so has my mother, sister and myself.

2nd that,i take my turbo there for oil change and they do my other car alfa 75 forall its needs,and they dont over charge,but if you dont mind a drive take it to elite in brissy,thats where my turbo goes every 10 000 klms

if i remember right there a bloke who owns ^^ above place named mark who is holden man dosent like fords had issuse with him in 90s,palm beach moters is only guys touch my cars theres a mechanic there named ash nows his ***** whith these cars i have known owners since they bought the place in late 80s. read my sig.they will treat u right.

I'm very good friends with Glen & Robert the owners & there families there is 4 or 5 mechanic that work there. Gaz who owns DMENTD . I talk 2 them every week .

Anyone knows someone who could fit a new starter motor for a reasonable price? Ford Falcon FG 2010 6 cyl standard. I need to have it done where I live since the car is not registered.
