When: 14th October 2007
Where: Carrara Parklands - beside Carrara Football Stadium (Exit 71 on M1)
Time: Show from 10am until 3pm
Vehicle entry from 8.30am until 10am
Trophy Presentation 3pm


I would like to take this opportunity to extend an invitation for you all to be a part of the 2nd Annual Gold Coast All Ford Day. The day is to be held on the 14th October 2007 at The Parkland area situated at Carrara Football Stadium, Carrara Qld. We are holding the event one week prior to the Gold Coast Indy Race to capitalise on the exposure at such time.

It will be a family fun day. We have support of several firms involved in the motor sport community, the local police and other charitable organizations.

This event as the name suggests is only open strictly to Fords or Ford powered cars. Last year we had 160 vehicles in attendance, including members from various clubs, Several notable Fords including, Bowden's, Redcliffe Dyno, Herrods. We had displays by both Ford Performance Racing and Ford Performance Vehicles and The Stone Bros Simulator.

This year, we have coverage by Performance Fords magazine, sponsorship by Ford Forums, Meguires and Shannons, commitment from Ford again and DJR/SBR/FPR.

Starlight Foundation Charity Auction Dinner

You have also been invited to attend the Starlight Foundation Charity Auction Dinner hosted by the FPV & XR Owners Club of QLD

Date: Saturday 13 October

Time: 6.00pm for 6.30pm
Auction starts at 8.00pm

Venue: The Beach House Pub
Upstairs function room
3206 Surfers Paradise Blvd, Surfers Paradise

Cost: $60 per head OR
$550 per table of 10
(Deposit – single $20.00 and table $100.00 with balance to be paid on night).

Dress: Smart Casual

RE CAR CLUBS

Ford car clubs may book an exclusive club site for their members' Ford cars by contacting Sledgehammer or Hoops. There is no additional charge for this club site. It is provided so that Ford car clubs may promote themselves and have the prospect of attracting members etc.

The Club Secretary should nominate the number of club cars for the site by August 1st. Club cars attending enter via normal gate.


RE Judging:

A judging registration tent will be on site, those displaying their vehicles that would like them judged will need to register before 10.30am, their are numerous categories and we have some great trophies available.
