Not sure what car you're talking about? A Kia Rio is a model of car, and a Kia Sportage is also a model of car. One is a small hatchback, the other is an SUV. The Rio doesn't come in a "Sportage" spec either.

Assuming you mean a Rio - from all reports they're an excellent car. Good value for money, nice little economical engine, yet still sporty. Good chassis and a safe car.

Sportage likewise, as long as it's the diesel is a good car. The engine in that thing is great. Heaps of go, 6 speed auto, good level of equipment. The only downside is the slightly stiff ride, but the tradeoff is good handling.

Yep. Don't bother with the petrol, just get the diesel. Brilliant engine/gearbox combo. Fuel is around 7L/100km.

They are good cars but they have poor visablilty out the rear window. So reversing cameras would be recommended.

My partner has the petrol she loves it (diesel had a one to two month waiting list at the time), and I think it’s a very nice car for the money. Kia has well and truly upped the anti on their cars. I know there are some brand name snobs out and about, but I have driven this numerous times and enjoy the car. One plus I suppose is you can get a lot of aftermarket items for the car if your into that sort of thing. Visability is as mrghia a little poor out the back window, you well and trully need to be a user of the side mirrors.
