Default 2006 LS Focus door trims

Hi all, been looking everywhere and cant find a pictured guide to removing the door trims on my focus, including removing the rear door trims (with manual window cranks) can anyone post a link or there photos to this please

Just finished installing new speakers into my Focus, Pioneer TS-D1602R 6.5" Co axial, only just fit behind factory grills and had to make custom speaker housing but all worth it in the end as speakers sound awesome, up next....amplifying them
