How come i can't edit my personal details anymore?

I got ya e-mail about loosing access to PM, but i don't understand why i'm not able to even access my personal details screen anymore.
i get this message again.

You would have been blocked from using the PM system for either abuse of or a breach of our Terms and conditions.

thats' the thing, i'm pretty sure i've done nothing wrong, i only ever use PM to talk to mate privately or to avoid spamming the threads. can my behaviour or specific incident please be pointed out?
