Default Lw focus diesel transmission question

Does anyone know why the dual clutch box in the lw diesel focus cuts power between shifts at high rpm? Its seems to change very quickly and smoothly under normal conditions but if the car is reved out the changes arnt as quick and there is a slight pause in acceleration?

Default Re: Lw focus diesel transmission question

Experienced this last morning in my lw mk2 tdci. My mate at ford did say that they are torque limited in 1st and 2nd gear.
