Howdy All,
My flat mates 06 Zetec has bought up the check engine light today. I put my SCT flash unit on it and it came up with the following codes P116F C276F P0000 I then reset it with the SCT and started the car and it came up with these ones P1100 P0100 P0000 I have found the P1100 and P0100 and they are related to the air flow meter, so was going to check that out and the wiring and air cleaner. Car was only serviced about 2 months ago and has done 116000ks. I haven't driven it since the reset to see if the light comes back on, but it didn't when I started the car after the reset. Any info would be appreciated. |

A code P0100 may mean that one or more of the following has happened: The MAF may be disconnected, or a wiring connection may be bad The MAF sensor may be faulty
P1100 means Airflow meter signal is intermittent Sounds most likely you need to clean all terminals and connectors relating to the airflow meter. |

What is the outcome? No good leaving a thread dead this way.
