Default Headlight protectors ?

G'day Focusites,
Just bought myself a 2005 LS because I needed a cheaper daily commute than the Land Cruiser and geez, I had forgotten how much fun driving a car actually is - These things are great!

Anyway, I bought a classic, one owner, only driven to church on Sunday, bog standard car so I need some bits that I hope you can help me with.

Headlight and bonnet protectors? Which ones, where do I get them and what sort of $$ should I expect to pay.

Reading through the Forum and looking at what you have done to some of your cars, I am likely to come back and ask about making this go and handle a bit better too.

Is that okay?

Yeh i got bonnet protector, installed myself, easy as. so if it cost more for them to to fit it ,dont bother payin the extra...

i got zetec, drove my mums '07 cl one day, i agree handling needs improving in those base models..

get zetec or xr5 shock/springs...

dno how much different they are physically, but it shows behind the wheel..

AHAH! Another perthite. Fantastic. I think that's....4 now? Nearly enough for a hills run

Regards to the stock ones...they still handle well at speed, but the tall tyres dull turn in response, as does the shocks and springs. Short answer, I went for XR5 springs, made a WORLD of difference. Next is konis and wheels (if I keep it)
