A while back I found out that my drivers side headlight wasn't working so I replaced it, to my surprise it still didnt work. My lights on the dash had been flickering leading up to this and now half the dash lights don't work and neither does the shifter light.
Now the left hand light also only works some of the time, I've tried buying a new headlight switch but that made no difference at all. This is really starting to frustrate me!!!! Can anybody help???

If you have a test light probe the plug.
If not put a bit of wire from the earth plug (should be able to poke it in the back) to the -ve battery or ground to check if it's an earth issue.
