How much should i look at paying to get a fuel filter done in my car?
Abd is it possible to do it myself?

There are two? Probably the in line one some guy today was talking about putting i think metho in the tank to clean it out?

metho dissolves water in the fuel but it won't clean dirt

how do ya clean the dirt out?
One of the filter bolts is rounded off like it has been played with before i dont have the resources in tools to get it off.

I bought two inline 12mm filters for $12.00 each...[Surge tank two fuel pumps inline, one intank to supply surge tank]
With barb fittings both sides..The screw on fittings are pita to undo & tighten .. The filter intank is generally o/k...

fuel filter is $25 bucks from autobarn...brand new fuel pump with accessories is about $150 from repco...

Yep if there's some age, I'd replace whole pump for the trouble you go though..I'd drop the tank and clean it out also...New pumps come with intank filter...Well?? They should!!!
