Hiring a BF/FG GT for a day in Sydney?

Hi all,

This might sound a strange request but I'm looking for somewhere that hires either a BF or FG GT for a day. Reason I ask is that my mother's birthday is coming up and she's become a GT fanatic in the last couple of months, and although I'd love to buy one for her I can't, where being able to drive one for a short amount of time is the next best thing.

I asked a local Ford dealership about organising a test drive for a small portion of an afternoon (which they didn't have a problem with) but the only car they had was brand new and didn't have any GT demo vehicles. The cost isn't an issue where I'd be happy to pay a decent fee for a place that does hire them out but have hit a bit of a dead end.

Any suggestions?

I think you are on the right track, try all the big dealerships in Sydney, I am sure one of them will have a demo or even a second hand something in GT. In the end maybe your mum might buy herself a gift! I doubt any hire company have anything in GT.

Thanks for the suggestion but it doesn't look like you get the drive the cars ... if only. Any other ideas apart from dealerships?
