New hinges below the C-pillar, opening/locking mechanisms rerouted to B-pillar, reinforcing to below C-pillar where new hinges are, any wiring rerouted to enter door from C-pillar side...

Plus internal work in the doors to have opening/closing mechanisms plus wiring reversed in direction, location, etc

Lotsa work

it'd be one of those **** mods that has absolutley no purpose..... unless it was a serious showcar.

i doubt you'd find an engineer to pass the modification either.

would be hard to do on something like an eseries car. how would you mount the lower hinges on the rear door? theres not much to work with there as the 'dog-leg' is there.

Because of the shape of the back door where is matches the shape of the wheel arch, it would be very tricky (read: practically impossible) to do. Essentually, the hinges need to be directly above/below each other, as they are on the the b-pillar.

That said, would love to see it done though.

I doubt it could be done on the rears of a e-series. Try getting in contact with hilliar brothers as thats the sort of thing they do and might be able to help you out.

I'd say it's an illegal modification.
Unless, it is interlock into the fron doors, ie RX8.

The RX8 only interlocks because its a true suicide door, there is no center piller when the 2 doors are open... If the center piller dosen't get touch then the strenth on the car will be the same as before...

what LTDHO means is, it wont be passed unless you make it interlock.........which would render the rear door unable to open unless the front door is opened

imagine if the rear door flung open at speed (wouldnt take much to rip a door latch out of the flimsy B pillar material)
