Been looking for an old thread on this but could not locate one.Can anyone advise me the best method to remove high series centre dash surround on a series 2 TE50 same as Fairmont Ghia. Thanks for any replies.

Thanks for the reply. I had a read, as mine is the high series dash, I would need to remove the radio, ashtray, climate control unit, all associated push buttons Traction Control etc, and associated screws, will surround now be ready to gently prise out. How do you disengage the vent closers any ideas? also the cigarette lighter?
