Default Water leaking into interior of vehicle when raining - Ford EL 1998

any clues there is a water dripping onto floor on driver side (top left corner, looks like water is running from or over heater pipe for feet), only when raining (last night about a liter of water inside)

Possibly a rust hole under the cowl, only thing I can think of.

Remove the plastic trimming around the wipers and clear out all the gunk and see if you can find any holes.

Leaves collect near the corner of the bonnet causing the water to leak in near the door - open bonnet and remove leaves etc

check if you closed the window? i know it might be stupid but you may have left it open. also i agree with the window seal and a hole under all the plastic where your wipers are. heaps of stuff always gets cought in there.

Thanks a lot, I believe it will be the windscreen seal. Will try it soon.

well both times ive had water inthe passenger footwell its been the heter core (whole dash needs to come out), this is on an EF, on an EL it may come down the drivers side for all i know, could be wrong. if it only does it while its raining out id say u wouldnt have to worry about this.... probably just some rubber gromets in the firewall are loose or some bullshit reason thats a pain in the bum-end....
