Hey guys I'm starting to get some loud tick/rocker noise on a cold start in my LV TDCI Focus, its got 72,000km on the clock and I've been pretty good with servicing, oil level isnt low either, been using LEICHTLAUF SPECIAL 5W-30 oil on every service.
I'm not sure if its a full synthetic oil or not, it says synthetic. It goes away after being driven, only in the morning going to work its noisy. |

what kind of noise is it, is it a quick-ish ticking/tapping noise?
i think my focus' belts are a little noisy when it's cold/dry. no problem when it's humid/warm but also noise goes away after the engine has warmed up |

Yeah, sounds metallic though, I might record it tomorrow and chuck the video here.
