Meth-head runs from RBT, does B&E and steals keys to 3-month old Audi R8, then does the literal drive-it-like-you-stole-it through streets of Newcastle visiting what appears to be Newcastle's most-upstanding citizens.

It's the Newcastle long-circuit. Has some weird hair-pins, like that cul de sac at the start and that person's garage on the beach

That area he decended into is a large canyon with plenty of deadends and loop roads.

When he drove down Merewether Heights scenic road and into Merewether past beaches hotel I thought he may have had some master plan- then he drives past the housos, then deserted drongos house, then house filled with boozing inhabitants including one guy swigging on spirits.
When he passed Charlestown shopping centre he used a road I use on way to Eleebana and I had this weird thought he was going to drive into my street. It really was a nasty video- I am not a saint on the road, but what he did driving in Merewether and Windale in tight suburban streets made me feel sick- I was waiting for kids to run out chasing a ball or riding a bike. Absolutely no line of sight and braking zone allowances made. Feel sorry for owners, relieved for the cops that it ended without them putting themselves at risk, and most relieved no member of public was killed. Waste of the gift of life right here. Mulva did not post a like because it was horrendous regard for public safety, but thanks for posting- I found it mesmerising viewing

Funny how he has no idea where he's going at Merewether, yet he knows Hamilton South and Windale very well. Oh yeah he looks exactly like someone who would do this. |

I was thinking how cooked must this **** be to be driving like that. It really was luck that no one was injured or killed.

NSW government will probably send the speeding fines to the owner, because, you know, rich guy owning a high performance car...
In all seriousness, this is the opportunity to make an example of someone with zero regard for anyone around him. It'll be the biggest shame if he gets a slap on the wrist. Pity this video hardly does anything good for Newcastle's image.

In the photo above, it appears that he has wet his pants, maybe it was a bit too much excitement for him.

Reminds me of that old famous video of the night run through Paris. Rendezvous??
How no one was hurt or killed is beyond me.. This person needs a custodial sentence for that. It would easily add up to hundreds of years just with the road rules he broke on that spin.

Who’s house was it he dumped the car at.
A good thing, if you want to call it that, and I know he wasn’t being chased is to see what it would be like if a pursuit was being initiated. To see how some brain dead moron has disregard for others is disgusting. |

Can't really blame the guy for going through a few stop signs he's going way too fast to see them.

I have never seen a Houso's back yard to be neatly cut and well presented. Perhaps he stole a ride on mower as well?

This line- at his mates house showing off his trophy and about to decamp:
"Alright, I must prosper a little bit more" He does not realise it but this is hilariously ironic and sardonic all at the same time....
