im soon buying a set of 18" ba xr8 wheels suited to my EB, just wondering if i will need spacers, even with low profile tyres.
How much do they cost?

from what you suggest, you won't need spacers.
aslong as the BA XR8 18" wheels you're getting the copies to suit E-SEries, you'll be fine.
tyres should be ~235/40/18 or 235/45/18 (can't remember which is right for 18's)

spacers are required to fit AU/BA offset wheels on earlier models.

You shouldn't need to touch the stud pattern.

the wheels are from 'Wheels Direct' (ebay).

In the ad it says "For PRE-AU fitment add $100" i just assumed it was the stud pattern that had to be slightly changed.

the difference between PRE AU and AU wheels is the offset.
thats what they have to adjust for.
if they're made for pre-AU, they'll fit on fine.

that guy is talkin ИИИИ, go somwere else, and get the copies to suit e-series offset. u should get 235/35(or 40)/r18 tires which shouldnt knock ur speedo out too much.

It sounds like they don't suit pre-AU (offset), and the $100 extra would be for the spacers so they suit pre-AU.

Pre and Post AU rims have the same stud pattern.

As others have said, keep looking mate.
