T3 prices are a little all over the place at the moment. There have been a couple of manual TE's that have sold for under $20k, but they were a bit rough and had higher k's. Low km, manual cars with a good list of options still sell for over $25k.

I recon 25k is fair for 001. In NZ T3's at the moment are from the 3 on there between 28k-32k; and a Tidy T2 TS was on about a week ago for 25k holding its value well over here i recon.
