Default My headlights always look fogged up

I bought my LS Zetec in 05 and the 3yr warranty is nearly up. I have noticed that the headlights seem to have a continuous hazy finish inside them which is very annoying. Do you think I can get these replaced under warranty ?. If not where would be the cheapest place to get replacement black LS headlight assemblies ?.I have tried to take a photo of the problem. Any suggestions welcome.

if they wont replace them, try buff them up a bit if they are polycarbonate lenses.

No water inside but still left with slight haze. sorry no Idea on where to get relacements. could spend some dollars and get angeleyes from europe!
