Default 13ford No Good Pre 1969?

I phoned up Ford Australia the other day to get a letter of authenticity for my 1968 XT wagon and the response was that they only have records going back to 1969 and thats pretty sketchy in itself.

A) How do you get a Ford letter of Authenticity for a pre 1969 GT?

B) Do I have any options on how to trace the history of my wagon now.

Ford does not contain the details of SVO codes unfortunately

From what I understand they could relate to different paint colour, diff ratios etc Something different from the run of teh mill production car

I have seen SVO codes on a couple of ZD Fairlanes and they were always on uncommon paint colours
