Default ford focus

hi new to site would just like to know if any one knows how to remove the hand brake grip, as i have new one ot go on. as i would like to get pipes and muffers for it does any one know where to go in perth as i have a 2008 LT hatch,any help would be good as never be on one of these site so hope this is ok
