Default Andra sanctioned better track prep?

Hey guys, just wondering since the street drags are back on calder on the 27 th, because its sanctioned by andra would that mean better track prep in general?

probably not, ANDRA just means rules will be enforced, as far as i know track prep is all on the shoulders of the track.
