yep... 2 door is the most unique feature.
theres a similar one on xfalcon, but without the chopped windscreen, and a lot more stock looking at the moment.

There was one like this built maybe 10 years ago as a summernats cruiser. Think the guys name was Frank? it was a redish/pinkish color, the same as his full size XF sedan ( cover car for SM). the shorty convertable was also an XF. Think it was from QLD at the time.

The car was (is?) fully road legal and registered, even though it could pop wheelies His current showpiece is XAKUTE ( http://www.mirrorfinish.com.au/image...es-xagt-falcon ) and I regularly see him driving a nice green Ranchero.

I don't mind it, it kind of looks like a Fox body Mustang.

That's ugly imo, unfortunately there are more than one around, there was a two door red/charcoal ESP V8 on ebay not long ago, was struggling to sell from memory.

Of course the moment I posted that I couldn't see it, alas it was there. Different would be a good way of describing it. Wonder what turbulence the 'cabin' gets at freeway speeds, if any? |

It could indeed be roadworthy...I remember that there was an article on some oddities in the ADRs including the strange one that you didn't actually need windscreen wipers...as long as you didn't have a windscreen of more than a certain size...

I saw that on the Captain Cook bridge a couple of years ago, and no one believed me at the time!
Still, no thanks.
